Service Department

Whether you purchased your vehicle from Simmons Nissan or elsewhere, our Service Department wants to be a part of helping to keep it running smoothly. New or used, Nissan or other brand…to you, your car should be reliable and always ready for when you need it. We feel the same way.

Simmons services all makes and models with special expertise in the Nissan brand. Our service team can handle routine check-ups, repairs, oil changes, tire rotations and much more. We hope nothing out of the ordinary goes wrong with your car; but if it does, we’ll be there with solutions to your problems.

We use genuine Nissan parts which carry a 12-month 12,000 mile parts and labor warranty. We always use Nissan parts unless there is an exception, which we will inform the customer about either written or verbal.

Following the suggested service and maintenance schedule from the manufacturer is recommended. You’ll find this in your owner’s manual, and we’ve got some good answers to some of the more common service questions from owners like you.

So schedule your service appointment online or by giving us a call. We’ll work with you to find a convenient time to drop off your car and get your work done as quickly as possible. And if you're hanging out to wait, you can relax in our newly remodeled showroom – complete with gourmet coffee, snacks, Wi-Fi, laptop workspace, television…basically, you could move in and live here, it’s so nice!

Why get cars serviced at dealer?
  • It’s not necessarily more expensive
We know that dealerships are often thought to be more expensive than independent garages. But that’s not always true. First, Simmons Nissan gives free oil changes for the life of cars bought at our dealership – so that will cost you NOTHING, compared to varying prices from your local quickie lube! Second, we will always only recommend servicing that your car truly needs. That alone may save you money over an independent garage that may not “have your back”.
  • Dealers typically know more about your car when it is the dealer’s brand
Our rigorously trained technicians install Nissan parts for Nissan vehicles every day. No other independent mechanics know the cars as well as these technicians.
  • Dealerships have access to daily bulletins sharing information about Nissan vehicle recalls.
We get new bulletins before many others and will stay on top of what’s needed for recall resolution. You’ll never call us after receiving a notice where we don’t already know about a recall.
  • By having regular service work done at a dealership, you build a better relationship for the future.
What we mean is that the more we see your car, the more we know you. Like all relationships, time builds loyalty so that when you are ready to trade in and buy another vehicle, you can be confident that we’ll treat you like a family member – and the buying experience will be nothing but positive.

“Hidden gem of dealership is Service Dept! Got oil changed at AAA Service Center once for convenience. Said I needed over $1,500 in repairs. Went back to Simmons, only found 1 issue and cost about $350. This is the only dealership that I have dealt with that has both outstanding sales and service! I highly recommend.”
